Michael Fussell has spent more than 30 years helping businesses navigate tax law, entity structure, asset protection, and high-level planning decisions. His background combines legal, tax, and financial expertise, giving clients a more strategic perspective than they typically get from standard compliance-only firms.
He earned his degree from Georgia Tech, followed by a JD and LLM in Taxation. He is a CPA in Georgia and Washington, an Illinois attorney, and a member of the U.S. Tax Court. He serves clients nationwide and focuses on closely held businesses that need thoughtful, defensible planning.
